Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if offered): 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or high-volume periods.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Bullseye Buddies LLC is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Bullseye Buddies LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

We want you to be happy with your purchase and confident in your experience with Bullseye Buddies.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return once opened:

  • Potty training targets

  • Any opened or used products

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will make it right as quickly as possible.
